Grech replaced a 20 year old external gas ducted heater for me in Richmond, and did a terrific job, and were most helpful to deal with and patient with my queries. After an initial visit and a proposal where I asked for several options, we landed on a replacement gas ducted unit that was more efficient with a better controller. They returned promptly to do the install and removed the old unit for disposal and cleaned up behind them. Grech had also helped me 15 years ago when I installed a new heater at a different property I was staying in at the time. No hesitation in recommending them for a job.
